How-to:
Log on to The Willough Live Chatroom:
a. Click "Log on to Chat Live!"
button on left or from any website type into the web address bar of
Internet Explorer or Netscape :
http://thewilloughatnaples.com
b. Then click button on top right of page labeled "Chatroom"
c. Next under Chatroom Submenu (on the left side of page), click button
labeled "Log on to Chat Live"
d.This will take you to the log-on screen
e. Type Chat Nickname into the appropriate text box, a password is
not required..
f. Left-mouse click "Enter Chat Room" button to enter the
Chatroom.
How-to
Type message in Chat Room:
a. Move mouse cursor over Text box located
to the right of your name on the bottom of the screen.
b. When your arrow pointer becomes a crosshair you left click the
mouse, and a blinking cursor will appear in text box.
c. Now you can type your message into the box.
Type message in Chat Room Continued:
d. When you finish typing, press the "Enter" key on keyboard or "Return" key on keyboard to send the message.
e. Congratulations, You will notice that your message now appears above in the Chat dialogue window.
How-to
Have private chat with fellow chatroom user:
a. Left mouse click the user's name located on the left side of the Chatroom screen.
b. The user's name will become highlighted/selected.
c. Click button below usernames labeled "Start Private Chat"
d. A new Private Chat window will appear for you to converse privately with the username highlighted/selected.
e. Move mouse cursor over Text box at bottom of new window, left click the mouse when arrow turns to crosshair and a blinking cursor will appear in text box.
f. Now you can type your message into the box
g. Press "Enter" or "Return" on keyboard to send private chat message.
