Registered Nurse
We are seeking Registered Nurses for full time, and per diem for all shifts!
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Understand and oversee medication management process.
- Display knowledge of basic nursing, teaching, and training skills.
- Communicate clearly both orally and written.
- Use good bedside manner to maximize the patient experience – exemplary customer service skills.
Requirements: Active and Clear Registered Nurse License in the State of Florida, CPR Certification, clean background, and drug free.
Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for full time, and PRN for all shifts!
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Understand and oversee medication management process.
- Display knowledge of basic nursing, teaching, and training skills.

Mental Health Technician
We are seeking Mental Health Technicians for full time, and PRN for all shifts!
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Communicate verbally and in writing, expressing thoughts and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness in response to changing demands.
- Have knowledge of or ability to learn how to use hospital medical equipment (EKG, Pulse Oximeter, Blood Pressure cuff, thermometer, etc.)
- Respond appropriately to patient’s emotional crises, physical outbursts, etc.
- Use good bedside manner to maximize the patient experience – exemplary customer service skills.
Requirements: High School Diploma, CPR Certification, clean background, and drug free.
Therapist
We are seeking Therapists for PRN positions.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Provide quality clinical care from assessment through after care planning.
- Provide psychotherapeutic services to adult patients with addictive diseases.
- Clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical record documentation.
- Display knowledge of mental health treatment & chemical dependency, with demonstrated knowledge of special population needs, including persons with co-occurring disorders.
- Use exemplary customer service skills to maximize the patient experience.
Requirements: Master’s degree in mental health, social work, counseling, or related field, CPR Certification, clean background, and drug free.
Licensed Therapist
We are seeking a motivated and self-sufficient licensed therapist or social worker to join our Partial Hospitalization Program as the Clinical Coordinator.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Display clinical expertise in crisis intervention.
- Display skills in working with patients with addictive diseases, as well as with individuals undergoing episodes of psychiatric distress.
- Display skills in diagnosis and assessment.
- Display knowledge of the provision of evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a group setting.
- Clearly summarize pertinent clinical information via written correspondence and medical record documentation.
Requirements: License in the State of Florida as LMHC or LCSW, social work, counseling, or related field, CPR Certification, clean background, and drug free.
Director of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement
We are presently recruiting for a Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Director.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Operate computer software and information systems.
- Display knowledge of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement concepts.
- Develop performance improvement methods and techniques.
- Identify current Joint Commission, CMS, DCF, AHCA, Federal and State standards.
- Pay attention to detail in order to collect data for chart audits.
Requirements: Active and Clear Registered Nurse License in the State of Florida, CPR Certification, clean background, and drug free.
Food Service Worker- Cook
The Willough at Naples is presently recruiting for a full-time Cook.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Perform a variety of routine tasks related to food storage, distribution, preparation, cooking, services, and the maintenance of food safety.
- Display the ability to read and interpret recipes and instructions.
- Display the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, vendors, and visitors.
- Display the ability to operate all food production/ service equipment and initiate repairs as needed.
- Use exemplary customer service skills to maximize the patient experience.
Requirements: High School Diploma, CPR Certification, clean background, and drug free.
Driver
We are seeking Drivers for part time and per diem positions. The driver’s main responsibility is to transport patients prior to admission and at discharge.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Have the ability to identify and apply sound judgement in dealing with unstable patients.
- Interact professionally with patients and visitors using effective speaking and listening skills.
Requirements: High School Diploma, Valid FL driver’s license, Excellent driving record, at least 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes, prior experience driving, CPR certification, clean background, and drug free.
Housekeeper
We are seeking a part time housekeeper with availability on the weekends and some week days. The Housekeeper is responsible for effectively cleaning and maintaining patient rooms, offices and common areas, and provides laundry services for the facility.
The ideal candidate must be able to:
- Work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Coordinate several job responsibilities at one time.
- Understand and carry out instructions and job responsibilities.
- Effectively communicate in a professional and courteous manner with staff, visitors, and patients.
Requirements: High School Diploma, CPR certification, prior experience in housekeeping, clean background, and drug free.
